Testing is expanding for those in the Dallas-Fort Worth area who have not shown symptoms but still wish to be tested.
Dallas County updated criteria for testing at sites to include all workers, including those who are essential critical infrastructure workers. That expands testing to school employees, construction employees and others. Four additional testing locations were added this week in Fort Worth.
And in Arlington, appointments are no longer required at the city’s free testing site, the city said last week. There are two main types of tests: antigen, for people currently sick or infected, and antibody, for those who have recovered.
